Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Policy Overview At Bryce-FXDR-Global, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your motorcycle parts, we are here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and Uninstalled: Parts that have been installed, mounted, or attempted to be installed cannot be returned due to safety and resale reasons.
Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of Purchase: You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Electrical Parts: CDIs, regulators, stators, and sensors are non-returnable if the package has been opened.
Liquids/Chemicals: Oils, fluids, and lubricants.
Custom/Special Orders: Parts specifically ordered or customized for your bike.
4. Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to our error (e.g., you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind). This fee covers inspection, repacking, and processing costs. (Note: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, this fee is waived.)
5. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card). You will typically receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
6. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
